Our Story with This Car

This green Sprite entered the collection together with its red twin brother. They are proof of a fascinating era in the British automotive industry and are the pinnacle of fun. Their secret embodies the old MG motto: Safety Fast!. It's not about being fast, but about feeling fast. Behind the wheel, sitting close to the ground, 50 mph feels like 100. That is their magic.

With the looks of a little MGB, they are beautifully designed cars and, more importantly, accessible on every level. Anyone with the willingness to learn can work on them. It was in these little cars that my sons took their first steps in mechanics, learning how to change oils, filters, etc. They are a school on wheels. And no other car in the collection generates as many smiles. People on the street wave, they share their own stories. It's a genuinely happy car looking for a new owner to continue spreading that joy.
